At Sole•Ful Health Club, our main objective is to provide a safe and comfortable space where our members can work out and keep fit with ease.
Below is our most commonly Frequently Asked Questions.

Our monthly membership is $89/month. We do offer multiple options. Please click here to see our membership options. 

• Proper fitness attire is required at Sole•Ful Health Club. Appropriate SHIRTS and SHOES must be worn at all times. Such as tee shirts, tank tops, gym shorts, or warm-up pants. Shirts must be worn at all times. All participants must wear proper athletic shoes that cover the entire foot. No bare feet, open toe or open heeled shoes, sandals, hiking boots, or flip-flops are permitted. Swimwear is prohibited.
• Denim attire and/or dress clothing is not allowed - the rivets, zippers, and belts may damage equipment upholstery.
• Sole•Ful Health Club Staff have a responsibility to enforce the dress requirement policy to all participants - if a staff member determines a participant's attire is inappropriate, the participant will be asked to leave the facility.
• Sole•Ful does not provide child care services. Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted to enter or use the Club. Persons ages 16 through 17 may utilize the Club only when accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, and who are also authorized members.
• If you do not already have a key-fob, your first visit to the Club must be during staffed hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM.
• Face-coverings are optional.
• Tobacco, smoking, vaping, drugs or illegal substances of any kind are not permitted in the facility or on the grounds.
• No food or beverages are allowed in Sole•Ful Health Club. Bottled water/sports drinks are permissible (glass containers are prohibited).
• You are expected to observe gym etiquette and demonstrate courtesy towards others at all times. No horseplay or loud offensive language allowed.
• Sole•Ful Health Club may not be used for the purpose of “personal training” of other individuals. At no time shall persons bring in “clients” or conduct any personal training, group or health-related business of any kind.
• Headphones or earbuds are required while listening to any audio on a mobile device. The volume can not be disruptive to others.
• Use of mobile devices to make voice or video calls is permitted in the lobby area only.
• Members are prohibited from using their mobile devices anywhere in the Club to view content that may be viewed as offensive or inappropriate.
• No member may use a mobile device to take photographs or videos. Doing so presents a risk of injury to themselves or others (for example, mobile devices should not be used to take photographs or video by anyone who is simultaneously using exercise equipment);
• Out of respect for the privacy and comfort of our members, photographs or video should never include anyone who has not given their prior permission to appear in such images.
• The Sole•Ful Health Club staff will determine the music selection on the center's sound system. No personal boom boxes, blue tooth speakers or stereos allowed.
• No firearms or weapons are permitted in the facility.
• Members shall ensure the security of the building while inside the Club. This includes (but is not limited to) ensuring the doors are securely closed, locked, and not propped open for others to enter; and lights in the bathrooms are turned off if they are the last person to leave the Club.
• Members may not allow other individuals to use their access or entry into the Club. This includes unauthorized users who accompany them, non-residents and/or guest(s). All persons who enter the Club must have their own access and shall be authorized users of the Club. Doors shall not be propped open and members shall not open doors for individuals asking to be let into facility. Members who allow entry to individuals who are not authorized may be subject to termination of membership.
• Please make sure and sanitize the equipment after each use and before you move to another workout station.
• No equipment is to be rearranged or taken out of the facility.
• DO NOT step on the benches or use them to store your belongings.
• Bars, dumbbells and plates must be returned to their proper place/racks after use.
• DO NOT drop dumbbells and plates on the floor
• Please perform exercises with weight that you can safely lift or have someone spot you.
• All equipment malfunctions and concerns need to be reported to the staff immediately.
• Contact your health care provider prior to using the facility for advice on types of exercises that are appropriate for you. Also contact your health care provider for advice on when to return to exercise following any injury or illness. Start out slowly and increase workout time and intensity gradually. Make sure to include a proper warm-up and cool-down into your workout routine.
• Access is by magnetic key-fob which will be coded for entry upon completion of a fitness assessment and orientation. The company is not responsible for any injury or accident occurring in the facility or during use of the facility including use of the locker room and shower area. Sole•Ful is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items left in the locker room or brought into the workout area.
• Please note that there are cameras installed throughout the Club, hallways, and at all entrances and the exterior of the Club. Persons in these areas are being recorded at all times.
• The rules and regulations are designed to make Sole•Ful Health Club a safe and enjoyable place for all. Violations of these rules and regulations can result in suspension and/or termination of your Club privileges and membership.

Gym clothes, proper sneakers (non-street shoes), workout towel and a great attitude! Plus, if you want to wash up after your workout, bring your toiletries, a bath towel and shower sandals (optional).

Make sure to wipe down equipment after use with our sanitization wipes. During peak times, please be conscientious of your time spent on the cardio machines. 

The Club is cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis. Part of Sole•ful's mission is to provide the utmost cleanly workout environment and to provide the highest quality of cleanliness in the industry. We have an onsite, full-time staff member which allows both regular cleanings throughout the day as well as monitoring member sanitization responsibility. The club is equipped with sanitization wipes that are required to be used on all equipment by members after each use. Also, antibacterial soaps and detergents are used, as well as a alcohol-based hand sanitization dispensers.

Masks are optional when working out at our Club. We do ask our members to clean their equipment after use and sanitize often with our hand-free sanitizer dispensers. We also ask you to stay home if you have any cold symptoms or have been in close contact with anyone who has cold symptoms.

With key fob access, we are open 24/7, Monday-Sunday. Our Club is staffed from 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday.

•Recurring membership renews every 30 days, automatically.

Nope! Upon enrollment, all members are given documentation that outlines any and all charges, so there are no surprises.

Your membership includes unlimited access to our state-of-the-art cardio equipment, free weights, resistance machines, yoga/stretch space, water bottle filling station (filtered and refrigerated), full locker area & shower/bathroom access. 

Yes, the club is staffed Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. 

Yes, absolutely! Tours of our Club are on Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. You can also call in advance to schedule, (207) 647-SOLE.

Yes, you can cancel your monthly membership at any time in person with one of our staff members during regular staffed business hours. All memberships are non-refundable. Monthly memberships are for a minimum of 30 days and yearly memberships are for a minimum of 1 year from the date of purchase.

We accept credit and debit cards only. You can make a payment online here or with our staff during staffed business hours. 

Yes, we have an automatic Elkay Built-in Filtered Water Dispenser with Remote Chiller for added assurance of healthier and great-tasting water. The water source is Public Water. This fountain features a backlit LED Green Ticker that counts the number of disposable, single use plastic bottles served without the plastic bottle waste. At Sole•Ful we support Plastic Bottles Saved and offer reusable high quality, sustainable Camelbak Water Bottles for purchase. 

Not at this time. We plan to offer workout snack bars and sport drinks in the future.  

Yes, we have 24-hour, high-definition, video surveillance with night vision featuring interior cameras in the common areas as well as exterior cameras around the perimeter of the building. 

Yes. We have locker space for your personal items that is secured by a digital keypad lock. The locker space is only to be used for your duration of time at the Club, for that day.

Congratulations! We kindly ask that you activate your new membership in person by scheduling a short New Member Orientation. You can reach us to schedule your New Member Orientation by calling us at 207-647-SOLE (7653). Our staff member will schedule your New Member Orientation during our staffed hours of 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday.  At this orientation, we will provide a tour of the heath club facility, cover details of your membership agreement, discuss club rules, cover details on check-in, including unstaffed check in procedures, and of course answer any questions you may have, as well as instruction on how to use the equipment. You are welcome to come to your New Member Orientation ready to use the health club facility. The recipient needs to redeem gift certificate within a year of issue. The membership doesn’t start until it’s redeemed. We look forward to seeing you soon!
